FitSnap provides AI-powered virtual try-on functionality for Shopify merchants, including storefront widgets, analytics, variant mapping, and related services.

You must:

• check_circle Comply with Shopify's policies and applicable laws

Merchants are responsible for:

• check_circle Providing accurate product information
• check_circle Obtaining necessary customer consents
• check_circle Maintaining compliance with privacy regulations
• check_circle Properly configuring FitSnap features

FitSnap offers subscription-based pricing plans.

Billing Terms

• check_circle Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• check_circle Additional try-on usage may incur extra charges based on plan limits.
• check_circle Pricing may change with prior notice.
• check_circle Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Each pricing plan includes monthly try-on limits. Excessive abuse, automated misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in:

• warning Temporary suspension
• warning Permanent account termination

Customers and merchants are responsible for ensuring uploaded images:

• check_circle Are lawful and appropriate
• check_circle Do not contain harmful or illegal material

FitSnap reserves the right to block abusive or prohibited content.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur due to:

• schedule Network issues
• schedule Infrastructure outages

You agree to indemnify and hold FitSnap harmless from claims arising from:

• check_circle Violation of laws
• check_circle Customer disputes
• check_circle Misuse of the app
• check_circle Uploaded content

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• warning These Terms are violated
• warning Fraudulent activity is detected
• warning Shopify access is revoked
• warning Required payments are not made

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of FitSnap after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where FitSnap operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
